Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information where available.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from within the United States.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped. Typical delivery times include standard shipping within 3–7 business days and expedited shipping within 2–3 business days, if offered. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Niagara Equissage USA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment in such cases.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@niagaraequissage.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery and include your order number and any relevant photos for damaged items. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
