At Niagara Equissage USA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including clearance or final sale items, gift cards, and products that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@niagaraequissage.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
