These terms and conditions of sale apply when you place an order with us through our website. 2) Placing an Order:

Before you place an order, you will be provided with product information including order details, prices, and delivery information on our website. https://www.niagaraequissage.com/

 

3) Order Acceptance:

By electronically placing an order and processing payment via the Pay Now button, you accept our terms and conditions. This, along with your payment, constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Niagara Healthcare Limited in the UK or Niagara Equissage LLC if you are in the USA. We are committed to providing you with high-quality goods that meet our contractual obligations.

 

4) Product Details:

Product images, descriptions, and illustrations on our website are provided as approximate representations of the actual goods.

 

5) Payment and Delivery:

All orders must be fully paid before delivery. Goods remain the property of Niagara Healthcare Limited if in the UK or Niagara Equissage LLC if you are in the USA until full payment is received. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control. Online delivery charges are determined by order size and type to cover our standard courier service, details of which will be forwarded to you once your order has been successfully processed.

7) Your Guarantee:

The guarantee starts from the date of delivery and provides cover against manufacturing defects for two years, with exception of batteries where a 6 month warranty applies. Knee, fetlock and tendon boots are not covered by a warranty unless they are faulty. Our representative will be happy to help if you need any assistance with these items.

 

8) Order Cancellation and Returns:

UK orders can be returned within 14 days from delivery. Contact us by email at AftersalesDept@niagarahealthcare.co.uk for returns and exchanges. Returned goods must be complete, in perfect condition, and unused, with all tags and labels attached. UK Cancelled orders are subject to a collection and restocking fee, where applicable, of £72 (inc. VAT), unless faulty. USA orders are non-returnable.

10) Refunds:

We will refund the price you paid for the goods. Refunds are usually processed within 21 working days after receiving the returned goods, minus applicable collection/restocking fees.

 

11) Governing Law:

UK orders are governed by English Law, applicable to England and Wales.

12) Liability and Indemnity

Although our content has been drafted with due care and diligence, our Website and our content is provided “as is” and we make no representations and give no warranties or guarantees as to the suitability, accuracy or quality of the Website. We do not guarantee that the Website will be free from errors or defects, or that the Website will be accessible at all times.Your use of the Website is at your own risk and to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability of any kind, however arising, including any lost profit, lost opportunity, lost revenue, lost data, losses resulting from security failure, or any indirect or consequential loss resulting from your use of the Website. Our total liability is limited to £1 if in the UK or $1 if in the USA, however where we cannot limit our liability by law then our liability will be limited to the cost of re-supply of the relevant services (being the provision of the Website to you), or refunding the amount paid by you to us in connection with the services (if any). You agree to indemnify and release us and our related entities from and against all losses (as before mentioned) which we may incur in respect of any negligence, misuse of the Website, other act or omission, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you
